Interested in selling your art or crafts? Don't miss this exciting opportunity for Concord Art Association members. CAA artists have been invited to sell art and fine crafts during Creative Concord's Art Jam in downtown Concord! This event drew 6000 visitors in 2023 and Creative Concord expects even better attendance this year. Fees for artist spaces will help fund CAA's 2025 Teacher Grant Program.

CAA will promote the sale on social media, email, and our website. Signage will be placed on site. Additional marketing will be done by Creative Concord both on social media before the event and from the stage at Todos Santos Plaza during the music performances.

Please read the following:

All sale items must be original art or high-quality crafts, designed by the participating artist. This is a family friendly event, so please do not display products featuring nudity, violence, politics, or images copyrighted by others. One artist per space. Artists may not share a space. Deadline for sign-ups is September 30. Artists will be notified as applications are received. Artists will be sent an agreement to sign and bring to the event. CAA pop-up-sale tips and guidelines for vendors are here.

We plan to spotlight individual artists in our marketing. To participate in this marketing plan:

  • Sign up early!

  • When you apply include a high-quality image of you, your products, and/or your set up for our social media person to use on Instagram and Facebook.

Set up begins at 11am on October 6th. Do not begin set-up earlier. CAA will assign spaces. The sale runs from 12 to 5pm.

Please note that we can accept only 14 applications.

Restroom access will be arranged with Creative Concord and Visit Concord staff the day of the event. Artists will be able to use both the portable facilities in Todos Santos and at arranged times, the restroom in Salvio Pacheco Square.

Artists are required to:

  • Sign the agreement sent with notification of acceptance.

  • Supply their own chair and table and/or display panels (6’ height maximum). Note: each space is about 8' by 8'.

  • Staff their booth between 11AM and 6PM.

  • Handle sales transactions including collecting City of Concord sales tax of 9.75%.

  • Promote the show through their own social media and email.  â€‹
